Rudolph Psaila

Rudolph has wide ranging financial services and international tax structuring experience and his expertise ranges from assisting corporate entities in efficiently structure their international operations to providing family office services for international ultra-high net worth families.
Rudolph was formerly the Global Head of Commercial Operations of Amicorp Group and the Managing Director of the Malta office where he was primarily responsible primarily to assist international corporate and private clients with the structuring, establishment and management of corporate, fiduciary and fund structures set up in Malta and in foreign jurisdictions. Prior to this role, Rudolph was a senior manager at PwC. He spent significant time of his career with PWC Jersey Channel Islands and his ten-year career with PwC gave him opportunities to structure and manage a portfolio
of international structures for its worldwide clients.
Rudolph is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and a fellow of Malta Institute of Accountants. In addition, he is a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta and acts as an examiner of various financial services related thesis. Rudolph is also invited to deliver lectures, seminars and workshops both locally and abroad.
